As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible hiring and developing employees within the organisation. Besides looking after the recruiting and welfare needs of the organisation, you will be working with a team of HR Managers to identify staffing needs, provide staff training and development as well as deal with complaints and disciplinary hearings.
The HR Administrator will also be tasked with developing HR policies and procedures, promoting equality within the work environment, making sure staff receive the right remuneration, benefits and incentives as well as keeping track of employee records.
- On-boarding of new employees
- Prepare documentation and information for candidates and new employees
- Collect information of candidates and new employees
- Assist in payroll administration as well as incentives and benefits administration
- Develop and deliver induction workshops to new employees
- Assist HR with employee relations such as grievances, restructuring and disciplinary hearings
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare and report information to the HR Manager
- Experience in in an HR administrative role
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Relevant diploma, degree or qualification
