Minimum Requirements 

– Matric

– Relevant Tertiary Qualification

– Clear Criminal Record & ITC

– 2 – 3 years’ experience in the same field

– Strong verbal and written skills

– Excellent reporting skills

– Must be able to identify & and produce solutions

– Must be available immediately  

The incumbent will be reporting directly to our CEO and will report on all compliance and non-compliance issues, you will be required to problem solve do constant follow ups and generate reports on the findings.  You need to have the motivation to get things done correctly and timeously with no regard of personal relations at work.

As an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures, management and employees in all departments are in compliance with the rules and regulations, as well as the company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.

Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
