Duties 

  • Build the business through the achievement of Telesales revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a Telesales Pipeline
  • Meet sales targets
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Record changes to contact details on a database and note follow-up action
  • Supply regular telesales reports
  • Maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved

Requirements:

  • High telephonic sales ability
  • Well spoken
  • Pleasant and friendly manner
  • Enjoy talking to people
  • Aptitude for working with computers
  • High level of motivation
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Know different sales techniques and how to approach people in ways that will invite them to provide a positive response.
  • Sales and customer service experience or any other work involving public contact
  • Proven sales ability, especially in the telesales environment
